Ephesians 4:11-13

11It was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, 12to prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up 13until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.

New Covenant Outreach Ministries is the fulfillment of a persistent call to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with those who might never visit a formal church. We hold traditional, conservative, and above all, Biblically sound Christian beliefs.

With a focus on discipleship and study of the Bible we exercise the spiritual gift of teaching in support of the Christian faith. In doing so we welcome cooperation with all Christian churches who accept the Bible (as delivered in its original languages) as God's perfect word.

In 1975 a group of several committed families from a liberal denominational church came together to form the Church of the New Covenant. Our goal was to return to Biblical roots and establish a church upon the pure gospel of Jesus Christ as expressed and practiced by the New Testament Christians.
I was licensed and ordained as the founding pastor. In coming months, as founding members were called into their own ministries, the church dispersed into other like minded Christian groups.

With the advent of the world wide web my desire to promote discipleship to Christ and outreach to the world was given a new open door and the vision for New Covenant Outreach Ministries became a reality. I see now that God's preparation, timing, and purpose are always for the best.
